- As the owner, I will not tolerate less than great food and I believe that you should be just as intolerant. Your food will be expertly prepared and served fresh, not prepared assembly line style, days in advance, and then frozen or refrigerated until your event. We stress emphasis on the excellent taste of freshly prepared foods. We do not purchase in bulk quantities and store it until a customer comes along to use it.
It's About what you want!
- No two customers or events are the same so we customize each menu and event to satisfy your needs and desires. You will not be encouraged or forced to choose from preset menus. You expect more from a caterer than what you can get at a chain grocery or a chain restaurant. We want to thoroughly understand what your needs and desires are so that we can properly address them.

- We have no desire to be the biggest caterer or the most profitable caterer in the area. Our desire is to make an honest living by being the best at what we do. When you consider the quality of the food and service we provide, we are the best value for your money. You will be pleasantly surprised at how reasonable your event can be.
